Our client is one of the leading architecture, interior design, and urban-planning firms in the world. Their main body of work focuses on large scale commercial, healthcare/science & technology, institutional and cultural projects They have several immediate needs for Project Architects. These positions will be contributing from schematic design through construction documents on several large scale, complex science and technology/healthcare projects. These are long term consulting opportunities that have potential to turn into permanent positions- apply today for consideration!
Company Description: International Architecture, Interior Design, and Urban-Planning Firm
The Project Architects will be responsible for:
* Coordinating, organizing and leading project teams for multiple, large-scale projects
* Assisting with projects from schematic design through construction
* Reviewing shop drawings and related submittals
* Coordinating consultants in all phases
* Directing the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications
Required Skills
* 7+ years of experience working on similar type projects
* Excellent technical skills
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* 3-D design skills are helpful
* Excellent communication skills
